What this service is

Premium Leads LLC, doing business as Legal Case Connect, operates a legal marketing website that gathers information from people who may have a personal injury claim and forwards that information to independent, licensed attorneys and law firms who pay us a fee to receive inquiries.

We are not a law firm. We do not practice law, do not give legal advice, do not evaluate the legal merit of your claim, and do not choose your lawyer for you. We are not a lawyer referral service as that term is defined by any state bar.

No attorney-client relationship

Submitting the form on this site does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney. An attorney-client relationship is created only when you and a law firm sign a written representation agreement. Until that happens, nothing you send us is protected by the attorney-client privilege.

No guarantee of outcome or of representation

No participating attorney is obligated to take your case, and we do not guarantee that any attorney will contact you or accept your claim. Nothing on this site is a promise or prediction about the outcome or value of your claim. Any figures shown are illustrative ranges drawn from publicly reported outcomes and do not reflect your case.

Deadlines are your responsibility

Legal claims are subject to statutes of limitation and notice deadlines that can permanently bar a claim if missed. We do not track, calculate, or protect your deadlines, and submitting this form does not stop any clock. If you are near a deadline, consult an attorney immediately.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your accident, to submit only your own information or information you are authorized to provide, to be at least 18 years old, and not to use this site to submit false, fraudulent, or automated submissions.

Communications consent

If you check the consent box on our form, you are giving express written consent to be contacted at the number you provided by automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS, by us and by participating law firms and their agents. That consent is not a condition of any purchase or service and can be revoked at any time using the methods described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Leads LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of your use of this site will not exceed one hundred dollars.

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Premium Leads LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Premium Leads LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
