Legal Disclaimer

This page collects, in one place, the disclosures that appear throughout this site. Please read it carefully before submitting any information.
Attorney advertising
This website is attorney advertising and a paid legal marketing communication. Participating law firms pay a fee to receive inquiries generated through this site. The rules of some states require us to label this material as advertising, and we do so here.
Not a law firm and not legal advice
Legal Case Connect is a website operated by Lead Callers LLC, which is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. Nothing on this site should be taken as legal advice for any individual case or situation. Information here is general in nature and may not reflect the current law in your state. Do not act or refrain from acting based on anything you read here without first speaking to a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
No attorney-client relationship
Contacting us or completing a form on this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the information you send is not protected by the attorney-client privilege until such a relationship is established in writing with a law firm.
Prior results
This site does not advertise settlement figures, recovery ranges, or client ratings. If a past result is ever shown here, it will be a real outcome for the client identified, published with that client’s permission, and it will still not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any other case. Every case turns on its own facts, the applicable state law, available insurance coverage, and the credibility of the evidence. Any amount referenced would be a gross recovery before attorney fees, case costs, and medical liens.
Independent attorneys
Participating attorneys are independent practitioners who are solely responsible for the legal services they provide, for their own fee agreements, and for their compliance with the rules of professional conduct in their jurisdiction. Lead Callers LLC does not supervise, direct, or take responsibility for their work, and does not represent that any particular attorney is better than another.
Geographic scope
This site is intended only for residents of the United States. We do not seek to represent anyone in a jurisdiction where this material would not comply with local rules. Not all services are available in all states.
Emergencies
This site is not a substitute for emergency services or medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
